The ECK Worship Service brings together three basic aspects of study in Eckankar.  First, we listen to a short reading from the ECK writings related to the day's topic.  Second, we sing HU--a holy, ancient name for God, with love, followed by a short contemplation.  And third, we listen to a brief talk on the day's subject followed by an open discussion on the spiritual principles.
